Rooted in the values of education, integrity, and growth, Ella Cressman-Sandoval is a passionate esthetician, educator, and advocate for professional development in the skincare industry. Raised in the agricultural heart of rural Southern Colorado, Ella brings a grounded, no-fluff approach to esthetics—combining a love of nature, science, and service.

After earning her B.S. in Business Management from Metro State University, Ella pivoted toward her true calling: skin health. She became a licensed esthetician in 2007 after graduating from the College of International Esthetics and quickly realized her deeper passion wasn’t just treating skin—it was educating professionals to understand the why behind the what.

By 2009, Ella had transitioned into skin care education and ingredient-focused training. Her goal was clear: to empower estheticians with knowledge—helping them understand skin through the lens of ingredients, physiology, and intention, not product marketing. She furthered her education with certifications in organic skin care formulation through Formula Botanica, earning both a Certificate (2014) and Diploma (2018) in Organic Skin Care Formulation.

With nearly two decades of hands-on experience, Ella has spent her career mastering advanced facial techniques, skin correction protocols, and client-centered treatment planning. Her approach blends technical precision with intuitive care, and she’s deeply committed to helping other estheticians elevate their practical, in-treatment room skills. Whether it’s touch, timing, or technique, Ella believes the hands are an esthetician’s greatest tool—and that mastery comes from intentional, consistent practice.

Today, Ella operates a thriving corrective skin care practice in Wheat Ridge, Colorado while continuing to mentor and educate estheticians across the country. As the founder of HHP Collective, her mission is clear: to honor the esthetic profession, help others hone their skills, and create space for every professional to progress with purpose. Through real-world education, a community-centered approach, and a commitment to transparency, Ella is helping estheticians take their knowledge—and careers—to the next level.

Over the course of her career, Ella Cressman has consulted and worked for multiple skincare brands and product lines. Along the way, she built meaningful relationships with a diverse network of industry professionals who shared a common goal: to provide honest, accurate, and professional education rooted in integrity—not marketing.

In an industry overwhelmed by misinformation, ever-changing trends, and branded bias, Ella recognized a clear need: a place where estheticians could access real, unbranded knowledge—delivered by professionals who value facts over fads. This realization is the driving force behind HHP Collective: a collaborative group of qualified, passionate experts from across the esthetics field, all dedicated to honoring the profession, helping others hone their skills, and supporting the progress of estheticians at every stage of their journey.
